I just started a new job as a marketing coordinator last week, and now I've been invited for an on-site interview for a different position that I applied for earlier. It's only my second week at this new job, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about how to handle this situation. I want to attend the interview because it could lead to a better opportunity, but I also don't want to jeopardize my relationship with my current employer. I'm considering telling my boss that I have a personal appointment, but I'm not sure if that's the best approach. I really want to be respectful and not burn any bridges.
