Cringeworthy253's journey

I’m currently in the job search phase and feeling pretty frustrated. I’m 17 and trying to find my first job, but it seems like everyone around me has already landed a position. I've sent out over 30 applications, but I've only managed to secure three interviews. Unfortunately, two of those ended in rejection, and the third one ghosted me completely. It was especially disheartening because the interviewer seemed to like me, and I followed up multiple times only to be told that my name would be passed to the hiring manager, but nothing came of it. I’m really feeling the pinch financially and just want to find something to get started.
