I'm concerned about whether any potential employers would hire someone who had marijuana in their system, even though I haven't smoked in a while and never used it while on the job. I'm wondering if I should explain my situation to a potential manager or if that would hurt my chances of getting hired. I've had a clean record with no workplace accidents in the last 15 years.
