I applied for a seasonal position at a Target Sortation Center after being unemployed for a while. I had previously worked there a couple of years ago, and since the role doesn't require an interview or prior experience, I thought it would be a good fit. However, I ran into a snag because I lost access to the original email I used for my WorkDay account, so I applied with a new email. I'm curious about how this will affect my application, especially since Target hires a large number of people for this role and the process is mostly automated until orientation.
