I just signed up for a job fair called "Better Together" that's being held at a church. It feels a bit strange to me, but I'm in need of a job, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I'm curious if anyone else has attended one of these events and if they found it helpful or worthwhile. I’ve heard from a few people that churches often serve as venues for these fairs because they have the space and it’s cost-effective, especially in smaller towns. I hope it’s not too awkward, but I’m willing to overlook the setting if it leads to job opportunities.
