They are willing to match the salary and benefits of the new position, which makes the decision more complicated. I'm meeting with the MD tomorrow to discuss this opportunity further, but I'm feeling torn. The familiarity of my current workplace and the shorter commute are appealing, but I want to ensure that I won't be involved in sales or upselling, which I want to avoid.
