Applied at hospital for Unknown

I recently received a 15-minute interview opportunity from a hospital that previously rejected my application. I'm feeling uncertain about whether I should even pursue this chance, especially since during my last interview there, the interviewer suggested that my skills were only valued at $19 an hour. This new interview is for a different location, but I'm questioning if it's worth my time.
