Coping with the emotional aftermath of being laid off and workplace bullying

I just got laid off for the second time, and it's been an incredibly tough experience. At my previous job, I faced bullying and harassment from coworkers who were protected by my manager. They were aggressive towards me, pointing fingers and creating a hostile work environment. Eventually, it reached a point where they told me they wanted me gone. After putting in three years of hard work, I feel completely devalued and mistreated. Now, I'm struggling with PTSD, low self-confidence, and depression as a result of this toxic situation. It's disheartening to think about how I was treated after all my efforts.
