I was hired about a month ago for a position at a small startup with just 10 employees. Recently, I noticed that the exact same job posting I applied for a couple of months ago was reposted on LinkedIn, but in a completely different location. This new location is some village in Africa, while I’m currently based in Western Europe. It left me feeling a bit anxious, wondering if they might be planning to replace me. I mean, why would they post the job again in a different location if everything was fine? I’m slightly freaking out about this situation and looking for any insights or advice from others who might have experienced something similar.
