They paint a grim picture of the work environment, mentioning that employees often work overtime until 10 PM or even face 18-hour days. Some reviews even mentioned that 10 people left the company due to mental breakdowns. I'm torn between the desire to secure a job after months of searching and the potential risk to my health and well-being. It feels suspicious how quickly I was invited for an interview, and I'm questioning whether it's worth it to go at all. On one hand, I could attend the interview and try to assert my boundaries regarding overtime, but on the other hand, I wonder if I should just skip it altogether. I'm leaning towards taking the interview to gather more information and see if I can address my concerns directly.
