I'm a 29-year-old professional based in Dubai, actively seeking a Customer Success Manager position or any similar client-facing role. With over 9 years of experience in various client-facing positions, including customer success, marketing, sales, and account management, I am eager to transition back into a role that focuses on customer success. My most recent position was as a Marketing Manager, but my passion lies in working closely with clients to understand their needs, solve problems, and foster long-term partnerships. Previously, I served as the Head of Marketing & Customer Success, where I managed restaurant partners and helped them grow their businesses. This experience solidified my desire to pursue a long-term career in customer success. I have been applying to companies like Mastercard and Talabat, but I believe that some of the best opportunities come from networking within communities like this.
