I was recently let go from my job and am currently collecting unemployment benefits while I go through the appeal process. I have a question regarding the back pay I may receive if I win my appeal. Specifically, if I do receive that back pay, will I need to repay the unemployment benefits I've been receiving? I assume I would have to, but I couldn't find any information on the unemployment website about this or the process for repayment. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
