The job seems to fit my schedule perfectly, but I have a concern. I will be out of town for about three weeks at the end of October and again at the end of December. At my current job, they asked about any days off before I accrued vacation time, so I'm worried that this new employer might not be as accommodating since they are a small business. I'm really eager for this opportunity, but I'm anxious that my upcoming absences could lead to an instant denial, especially since I'm actively trying to get my foot in the door. I'm also juggling a couple of other interviews, and I'm unsure how to approach the topic of my time away. What are my chances of landing this job?
