I recently applied for several jobs and finally got a response for a phone interview this Thursday. I'm feeling a bit conflicted about it. The position requires traveling to different locations and mentions that having reliable access to my own transportation and a clean driving record is essential. The issue is that I was involved in a car collision a few weeks ago, and I'm scheduled to go to court in December to contest it. While my driving record is clean at the moment, the outcome of the court case could change that. I'm unsure whether I should mention this during the interview or if I should just skip the interview altogether. My wife thinks I should go for it since my record is clean right now, but I'm worried about the potential implications depending on how the court case turns out.
