Applied at Liberty Mutual for Associate Customer Service Representative

I recently interviewed for the Associate Customer Service Representative position at Liberty Mutual on July 28th. During the interview, I was informed that I would hear back within 2–3 weeks regarding the hiring decision. Now, three weeks have passed, and I haven't received any updates. My application status still shows as under consideration. I've reached out to my recruiter but haven't received a response. I'm feeling anxious about the waiting period and can't help but think that I might not have been selected. I'm hoping to hear from others who have gone through Liberty Mutual's hiring process—how long did it take for you to get feedback after your interview? I'm really looking for a stable job and have heard great things about the company.
