Applied at Little Caesars for Unknown

I had an interview at Little Caesars today, and I'm feeling a bit uncertain about what comes next. The interview went well overall; the manager asked about my availability and transportation, among other basic questions. At the end of the interview, he instructed me to come back tomorrow at 12:00 PM with my photo ID and to dress neatly. He also mentioned something about needing a food handler certificate, which I don't have yet, but I expressed my willingness to obtain it if necessary. He mentioned it might be required within 30 days, but I couldn't catch everything he said due to the noise in the kitchen. What's confusing me is that he never explicitly said 'You're hired.' I thought he mentioned that if I got hired, they would call me on Tuesday with a schedule, but now I'm unsure why I'm being asked to return tomorrow. I'm wondering if this is for orientation, paperwork, or possibly another interview. Has anyone else experienced this at Little Caesars or similar situations? I would appreciate any insights.
