I recently completed my BA in HR and have been actively job hunting for a while now. At 27 years old, I've gone through about 15 interviews, but unfortunately, none have led to a job offer. I've started to feel like my appearance might be affecting my chances. I have long hair and present myself in a way that some might see as masculine, but I also have feminine features. I can't shake the feeling that I might be facing discrimination based on my appearance when I show up for these interviews. I'm really at a loss and could use some advice on how to navigate this situation.
