I applied for vacation well in advance for the end of August, and although my manager initially approved it, they later asked me to adjust my plans to accommodate a colleague's longer vacation. This feels unfair, especially since my vacation is much shorter. I'm currently on a limited contract, and I'm uncertain if it will transition into a full-time position. I received another job offer from CSC Generation, which comes with a 27% pay increase, but it includes a clause about tracking productivity through software, which makes me uneasy.
