I recently found myself in a tough spot after being laid off from my job as a marketing manager at a tech startup. The experience has been incredibly challenging, and I feel like I'm losing touch with the high-performing employee I used to be. The constant job searching and rejections have taken a toll on my confidence and motivation. I used to thrive in fast-paced environments, but now I feel overwhelmed and desperate.
