    Applied to a Job Got a Job Planning

    I got the job!!! After a long 10 months of applying and facing numerous rejections, I’m thrilled to share that I accepted a new job offer. I’m transitioning from retail management to an administrative role in manufacturing. Throughout this journey, I applied for 53 positions, which led to one intake, one interview, and ultimately one job offer. I knew that if I could just get to the interview stage, I would have a strong chance. The role I accepted is exactly what I was looking for, with great pay and significant growth potential. I’m really looking forward to this new chapter in my career!

    Applied to a Job Feeling Thinking

    I had a panel interview on Zoom for a mid-level admin role in manufacturing this past Tuesday. Overall, I felt it went well. I’m transitioning from a senior retail management position, and during the interview, the interviewer smiled and mentioned that I didn’t seem nervous, which I took as a positive sign. Just two days later, I received a call from the recruiter asking for the year I graduated from college. I’m wondering if this could indicate that I might receive a job offer soon. I know I shouldn’t get my hopes up too high, but it feels like a good sign.

    Applied to a Job Feeling Planning Thinking

    After a long 10 months of job hunting, I finally landed an interview for a position on Tuesday! I'm transitioning from 15 years in retail management to a role in manufacturing, specifically focusing on analyst and project management positions. It's been tough, but I'm excited about this opportunity. I will also be testing for my PMP certification in November, which I believe will help strengthen my candidacy. Retail has been wearing me out, so I really need this win. Wish me luck!
