Applied at Barberitos for Unknown

I currently work as a crew member at a pizza place, but it's been a really tough experience. My bosses have threatened to fire me multiple times, and just this week they cut my hours. I make $12 an hour there, but the work environment is toxic; they scream, curse, and even throw things around. It's really stressful. I had an interview today with Barberitos, and I'm seriously considering taking the job. They offered $8 an hour plus tips, which don't start until after three days. The manager seemed much nicer than my current bosses, and I think the work environment would be a lot better. I have over a decade of experience in the food industry, so I feel like $8 an hour is a bit low considering my background. However, I really need to prioritize my mental health and find a more supportive workplace. I'm weighing the pros and cons, but it sounds like a better deal overall.
