Expansia's journey

I'm currently a kitchen manager and head cook at a bar in Northern Michigan, and I'm eager to transition into the music industry, specifically in festival or site operations roles. I've been trying to break into this field and have sent out emails expressing my availability for seasonal or permanent positions, but my efforts have been largely ignored. I thrive in high-pressure environments and am ready to travel anywhere in the U.S. at a moment's notice, whether it's Texas, California, or Arizona. With six years of experience in multi-unit hospitality, I have a solid background in kitchen management, inventory tracking, and assistant management. I’m looking for roles like festival operations coordinator or artist hospitality assistant, where I can utilize my skills and passion for music while being on-site at events. I can also work remotely from Michigan but am fully prepared to hit the ground running wherever needed. I know navigating platforms like Workday/Live Nation can be challenging, but I'm determined to find the right opportunity.
