I recently had my fourth interview this month, and I can't shake the feeling that I might have a personality disorder when it comes to interviews. No matter how much I rehearse my answers, I get extremely nervous and end up talking too fast. It's frustrating because I feel like I present a completely different version of myself during these interviews. After the video call, I often reflect and see myself as a scared little girl, even though I'm 30 years old. I really want to improve my self-awareness and confidence. I know I answered all the questions thoroughly and even asked some insightful ones at the end. The interviewer even mentioned looking forward to speaking with me again, which gives me some hope. However, I can't help but worry that my nerves will cost me the second interview. I'm seeking advice on how to manage this anxiety and whether anyone else has experienced something similar. Any tips on controlling nerves during interviews would be greatly appreciated!
