I was previously working as a Mechanical Engineer but have transitioned to a role as a City Carrier Assistant. After being out of the engineering field for about 7 years and having minimal experience, I'm seeking advice on how to get back on track in my engineering career. A few suggestions I've received include considering grad school to enhance my qualifications. I'm looking for a program where I can complete my master's degree in about a year and at a reasonable cost, without focusing too much on the prestige of the school, as long as it's a legitimate institution. I'm eager to hear any other tips or insights on making this transition successfully.
