I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Insight Global to warn others about the potential pitfalls of applying through them. For two months, I was led on with promises of an offer that never came. Initially, I was excited about the opportunity and believed the recruiters when they said an offer letter was coming 'next week.' This went on for four weeks, and during that time, I paused other job applications, thinking I had a solid lead. I even received a personal call from an Executive Director who assured me of a start date in early September. I felt confident enough to stop pursuing other opportunities based on this verbal commitment. However, when the start date arrived, there was no offer letter, and all communication from the hiring team ceased. I sent follow-up emails, but they were ignored. Eventually, after weeks of silence, a recruiter resurfaced with excuses about 'pending client contracts' and promised to send over other job listings to help with my placement, but nothing ever materialized. It became clear to me that Insight Global was treating candidates like backup options while they sorted out their internal issues. Looking back, I regret not taking warnings from others seriously. If you're considering applying through Insight Global, I strongly advise against it. They lack professionalism and respect for candidates' time.
