I recently interviewed for a position at a real estate/construction company (Company B) and successfully cleared all the interview stages. I am now at the pre-offer/document-submission stage, but I have some concerns regarding my previous employer, Company A. I joined Company A on December 31, 2025, and was employed there throughout 2026. However, I stopped physically attending work on September 11, 2026, which complicates my employment history.
