I just learned that a friend of mine was laid off from Eptura after many years with the company. They held a fairly senior position, and it's disheartening to see such experienced individuals being impacted. The exit terms they received are quite disappointing—only 5 weeks of salary and no extended healthcare or COBRA payments. It's frustrating to see how companies handle layoffs, especially for long-tenured employees.
