Today, I received some unsettling news from my staffing coordinator at the marketing agency where I work as a brand ambassador. I was informed that I will not be scheduled for any shifts for the rest of August. This news has left me feeling confused and somewhat targeted, as I seem to be the only one receiving this message. I've also been removed from all WhatsApp group chats, which adds to my concern. In the past few months, I've managed to secure 4 official shifts and even picked up an additional 6 shifts, while others who are less favored have only worked 1-2 shifts. I’ve always received positive feedback from the leads I work with, so it’s hard to understand why this is happening. It feels like I might be getting fired, but I believe I've been doing a good job. I’m reaching out for a second opinion on this situation.
