I'm currently facing a layoff and I'm really concerned about the job market here in California. I've heard from others that it's quite tough right now, and I can't help but feel anxious about finding a new position. Some people have mentioned that it's the worst job market they've seen in over a decade, which is really disheartening. I'm considering my options, including possibly relocating if things don't improve in the next six months to a year. I've noticed that getting interviews is challenging, and there seem to be a lot of 'ghost jobs' out there, making the search even more frustrating.
