I have 9 years of experience, including 6 years at a Fortune 500 company, working as a product manager, data scientist, and civil engineer. Recently, I've been feeling discouraged because my resume, which used to get me a decent number of callbacks, isn't yielding the same results anymore. I'm not sure if the job market is still tough or if I'm not presenting myself correctly. I make sure to tailor my resume for each role I apply to, and I've also reached out to a few connections on LinkedIn for advice.
