    I am preparing for a PM interview at Google for a Level 4 position, and I have my hiring manager round scheduled for Tuesday, July 28. I am reaching out to see if there are any experienced PMs at Google who could provide guidance or mentorship before my interview. I've been unemployed for the past eight months following a layoff, and I have been struggling to secure job offers. Any advice, frameworks, or resources you could share would be immensely helpful to me during this crucial time.

    I'm feeling really anxious right now. I interviewed for a position at a healthcare firm and completed my second round nearly two weeks ago. Initially, the job was closed when I started the process, but they assured me they were willing to move quickly. I felt the interviews went well, and I received positive feedback from both interviewers. However, I haven’t heard back from the recruiter despite their initial promise of a two-week turnaround. To make matters more complicated, I noticed that they have now reopened the job listing. My application still shows as under consideration, but I'm left wondering what this means for my chances. I've already sent a follow-up email three days ago and another one ten days back, but I still haven't received any response from either the recruiter or the interviewers. I'm just feeling mentally overwhelmed by this situation.

    I had a scheduled recruiter call with an e-commerce firm today at 1 PM, but the recruiter didn't show up. I reached out via email to see if there was a mix-up or if I missed any communication, but I haven't received a response. Despite this, I went ahead and rescheduled the interview for tomorrow using their scheduling link. The company has a good reputation, but I'm feeling uncertain about the professionalism of their recruiting process.
