I'm currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, earning $30 per hour. I truly enjoy my job, but the inconsistent hours and limited benefits are becoming a concern for me. I'm looking to transition to a full-time role that offers the same pay, or possibly find a part-time job alongside my RBT position that matches my current earnings. I only have a high school diploma and live in Oahu, HI, where the cost of living is rising. I'm reaching out for recommendations on jobs that pay $30 or more per hour without requiring a degree.
