I’m currently in the job application process and have been facing a lot of rejections after interviews. To improve my chances, I’ve come up with an idea for a mobile app and website where real recruiters can conduct mock interviews and provide feedback. The concept is similar to Omegle, where users can swipe to find an interviewer. Recruiters would register based on their technology field, like cybersecurity, and job seekers could connect with them for practice interviews. I’m considering creating a waitlist for this service. I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this is a good idea and if I should move forward with it.
