I’m currently a 3rd-year Electrical Engineering student at King's College London, and I'm looking to transition from my background in hospitality and retail into part-time office or administrative work. I've gained some relevant experience, including front-desk receptionist duties, client communications, and order fulfillment, along with proficiency in Excel and Word. However, despite my efforts, I keep facing rejections for basic office roles. I have a feeling that my extensive customer service background might be holding me back. I'm seeking advice on the best agencies or job boards in London that cater to flexible part-time office positions that fit around university hours.
