I’ve been struggling to find a job since I lost my position at the end of last year due to cutbacks. After 12 years in the aerospace industry, I thought my experience would help me secure a new role, but despite applying to over 600 positions, I haven’t received any positive responses. The only feedback I get is about the gap in my work history since losing my last job. Now, I’m facing a dire situation as I’ve become homeless and am living out of my car. I’m at a loss for how to pay for food and have almost given up on the job market. It’s incredibly disheartening to see my qualifications go unrecognized.
