I had an interview at a local car dealership last Friday, and it's now Monday with no word from them. I've heard that dealerships often hire on the spot, so I'm starting to feel anxious about not hearing back yet. I'm wondering how long it typically takes for them to follow up after an interview. Should I be concerned about not getting the job, or is it normal for them to take a few days? I've been advised to keep applying elsewhere and not to just wait for their response, which makes sense, but I can't help but feel a bit discouraged.
