I am currently seeking remote job opportunities in the UK as my current campaign ends in October. Due to my medical situation, a remote role is essential for me. I've primarily used Indeed and TotalJobs, but I feel like I'm missing out on other potential job boards or websites. I've been in a multilingual customer service position for the past two years, handling phone, chat, and email inquiries, along with e-commerce support, IT support, personal assistant tasks, process documentation, and training new agents. I'm considering reaching out to various companies directly to inquire about openings, even if they haven't advertised any positions. I'm curious about how effective this approach is, as it was a common practice in Switzerland where I'm originally from.
