I've been applying to numerous jobs lately, but I'm having no luck at all. It feels like I'm shouting into the void. I've reached out to business owners who have posted 'now hiring' ads, but they completely ignore my messages. It's incredibly frustrating because I'm genuinely trying to find work. I can't help but feel like something is off in the job market right now.
