My manager and the director both rated me as 'meets expectations,' but the VP altered it, which significantly impacts my severance package. I confirmed this with my manager, who was also laid off. This change could mean losing out on at least $20,000, and I’m considering whether there’s any legal recourse available. It's frustrating to see how easily they can manipulate ratings without accountability.
