I've been actively applying for jobs lately and it's been quite a frustrating experience. I've tried using various tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS portals, along with resume optimization tools. While these resources do help to some extent, the overall process still feels incredibly messy and overwhelming. There are so many job listings out there, and each application seems to require a different approach. The ATS forms are repetitive, which adds to the frustration, and I find myself tweaking my resume for every single application. On top of that, keeping track of all my applications feels like a full-time job in itself. I spend more time managing the application process than actually applying for positions. I'm curious to know what others find most frustrating about their job search right now.
