I recently applied for a position at a tech company and submitted my application about two weeks ago. I haven't heard back yet, and I'm starting to wonder if I should follow up with the hiring manager. I'm unsure about the appropriate timeframe for following up after submitting an application and whether it would come off as too pushy.
