It’s frustrating because I feel like I’m wasting everyone’s time, especially when I know that these accommodations are crucial for my health. I’m considering when the best time would be to bring this up. I’ve read that some suggest waiting until after signing an offer to disclose, while others recommend filtering for remote roles from the start. I’m leaning towards asking about remote policies earlier in the process to avoid getting too far along with companies that won’t meet my needs. I’m looking for advice on how to navigate this situation more effectively.
