Overcoming anxiety as an IT Manager after past layoff experiences

I was laid off two years ago, and it took me ten months to find a new job. I've been working as an IT Manager at my current company for a year now, but I can't shake the fear of being laid off again. Recently, I received feedback that I need to learn the functionality of the company better, which has left me feeling anxious. I was hoping to get a promotion by next year, but the PTSD from my last layoff keeps creeping in, making me doubt my chances. I worry that I might not only miss out on a promotion but also face another layoff.
