I applied for an internal position at PwC on July 30th through a colleague who works there. He helped me upload my CV, and I received an email instructing me to create an account on their website, which I completed. After that, I asked my colleague about the next steps, and he informed me that the HR team was on vacation, so we would have to wait for their return. Now, it has been about 20 days since my application, and I'm unsure about what to do next. Should I continue waiting, consider myself unsuitable, or reach out to my colleague for an update? Any advice would be appreciated!
