I recently completed three rounds of interviews for a position, and during the last one, I was told it would be the final step in the process. However, since then, I've been left in the dark. I tried reaching out to the recruiter for clarification, but she didn't answer my call. Now I'm feeling confused because the email I received didn't specify whether I got the job or not. I'm looking for some advice on what to do next and if anyone has experienced something similar. Should I follow up again or just wait?
