GAMESHARQ's journey

I've been with my current company for over five years, and I've always prided myself on my ability to deliver great work without relying on AI tools. Recently, however, management has started pushing for everyone to integrate AI into our workflows, and I'm really struggling with this shift. It feels like they're trying to force us to use AI not just as a tool, but as a replacement for our own efforts. I can't shake the feeling that this is a setup for future layoffs, especially since the company has already gone through several rounds of layoffs in the past couple of years. I've voiced my concerns to my supervisor, but it seems like they either don't recognize the potential consequences or are unwilling to acknowledge them. It's disheartening to see so many companies laying off employees due to AI advancements, and I can't help but feel anxious about my own job security. I'm at a crossroads here — I want to keep my job because I genuinely enjoy it, but I also refuse to let AI dictate my work life.
