Today, I learned that there were significant layoffs at Centene, and it seems many employees received Reduction in Force (RIF) notices. I don't return to the office until Wednesday, so I'm still uncertain about my own job status. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else has been affected and what departments were impacted. Good luck to everyone navigating this situation. A coworker mentioned that she was at the office this morning but has been absent for the rest of the day. She missed a department meeting, and our manager isn't providing any information, which is quite concerning.
