I'm currently on maternity leave and I've been feeling increasingly anxious about my job security. I can't shake the feeling that I might be fired while I'm away. I know it's a common concern, but I can't help but wonder if I'm being paranoid. I really value my position and the work I've done, but the uncertainty is weighing heavily on me.
