I'm feeling a bit anxious about my job search after leaving my last role at a tech startup after just 4 months. I was in a marketing position, and while I learned a lot, it just wasn't the right fit for me. I'm worried that potential employers will see my short tenure and question my commitment or ability to stick it out. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you explain a brief job stint to future employers?
