I recently started a job about two months ago, and I'm feeling really conflicted about whether I should leave. It's a pretty straightforward role, but the stress from my coworkers is overwhelming. I work with just two people, one of whom does nothing and the other is just plain mean. They keep telling me that this is the easiest job ever, but honestly, it's the people that make it unbearable. My boss keeps asking me to cover shifts, but I have other commitments and can't always help out. I'm considering applying to other places but I'm not sure if I should just stick it out or if it's okay to leave after such a short time. I really just want to find a better work environment.
